What to expect after signup:
Please allow our team 24 hours to confirm your registration. After your seat is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email for the trip. You will also receive an invoice with a payment link if you booked your seat with the deposit option. All invoices are due 60 days before your trip's departure.
3-4 months before your departure you will receive a greenlight email with flight booking instructions as well as more information about your trip.
30 days before your departure you will receive a final "pre-departure" email with specific details about your group, important phone numbers, addresses, and your community manager.

Cancellation Policy:
Give us at least 60 days notice, and you can switch your trip for free, or we'll hold your credits for future use.
If you have an emergency cancellation that is less than 60 days before your trip, please refer to your travel insurance company as they may cover you for some expenses. We are not able to transfer trips or hold experience credits within 60 days of the trip because we have already secured reservations on your behalf.
